At CAIRO, we build strength from the ground up. Before adding external resistance, we master bodyweight control - developing the stability, coordination, and movement patterns that underpin everything else.

This approach isn't slower. It's smarter. Clients who train this way build strength that is usable, sustainable, and injury-resistant - not just impressive in the gym.

Strength & Conditioning at CAIRO suits anyone - from complete beginners building a foundation, to experienced athletes refining performance. No prior experience is required, and training adapts entirely to your starting point.

CAIRO actively welcomes clients with disabilities, injuries, or specific health needs. Every programme is built around you, not a template.

Locations

1-to-1 sessions run from partner gyms in Kings Langley and Hoddesdon, with St Albans expanding soon. Home-based training is available across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
